The Bloodmoon Werewolf is in Kings Woods. Its Legendary Rein permanently unlocks this minion, whose listed support combines Life On Hit with a temporary attack-speed ability. You do not need to infer those effects from a class tier list: they appear in the item's Steam description.

Locate the boss

The Bloodmoon Falls achievement identifies the boss and region. It tracks killing the Werewolf, while minion unlocks have separate achievements. A kill achievement is not a guarantee that the Rein dropped.

Read passive and ability separately

The Bloodmoon Werewolf item description gives these values:

EffectListed behavior
Bloodthirst I — passive+10% Life On Hit
Bloodmoon Howl — ability+30% Attack Speed
Howl duration5 seconds
Howl cooldown10 seconds

Life On Hit is the named modifier; the listing does not say that every hit restores 10% of your maximum health. Likewise, the attack-speed increase is attached to an ability duration, not a permanent passive. A listed cooldown alone does not demonstrate continuous automatic activation or measured uptime.

Compare support before farming

Use the effect names to check whether your setup benefits from hits and attack speed. If you need a Max Health bonus and a direct heal instead, read the Ancient Oak Treant effects. Neither description establishes a universal winner.

The listing contains no drop rate, pity threshold or guaranteed number of boss runs. Keep the Rein unlock task separate from defeating the boss, and use the boss directory for other locations.
